the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov commented on resignation of two ministers of the government of RK - the Minister of Finance Vladimir Lewandowski and the minister of industrial policy Andrey Skrynnik. As the head of the republic believes, high level of competence of this or that sphere yet does not mean that the minister is professionally suitable. The situation at which the head of the subject carries out functions of specific officials is also inadmissible.
- In my opinion, criteria for the persons holding the state positions have to be accurately determined, - Aksenov considers. - It is professional suitability. If a work half in these ministries is carried out by the head of the republic, probably, it was necessary to raise a question of, whether there correspond ministers to posts. People can be experts in the sphere, but thus they do not cope with rates and work volumes, not always are capable precisely and to react quickly to non-standard situations - can be, owing to any personal qualities. Therefore we continue team reformatting. Sometimes it is necessary to work with a trial and error method, but we have today no other options.
Aksenov reported that to the place of the Minister of Finance Irina Kiviko is already appointed. The head of the Ministry of Industry of RK will be presented after January holidays.
