ST. PETERSBURG, on December 25. Fifteen civil activists came to Nevsky Avenue in Petersburg and rose with posters in protection of persons involved in criminal cases which they consider "political".

Participants of the action decided to pay attention of society that for this week Nepomnyashchy' next person involved in "marsh" business Ivan and the Kuban activist Darya Polyudova were sentenced to real terms, and also that in Petersburg processes over Dina Garina proceed, and in Moscow — over Mark Galperin and Dmitry Buchenkov. Activists are sure by br that sentences of Nepomnyashchy and Polyudova are taken out unfairly, and that Galperin and Buchenkov are pursued illegally as all crime of these people allegedly consists that they openly expressed the disagreement with policy of the Russian authorities.

On the eve of an action her organizers distributed the statement in which it is spoken in the Internet: "The different names, different belief, it is possible to argue and disagree with someone, with someone to go side by side, but all these people got under wheels of state machinery, and to all of them in prison not a place. It is necessary because to put criminals, instead of dissidents".
