during the second round of party congress it were supported by 91 delegates of congress from 154. Slabunova's competitor, the former deputy of Legislative Assembly of the Pskov area Lev Shlosberg , collected 56 votes. Seven bulletins were recognized as the invalid.

In the first round, besides Slabunova and Shlosberg, members of Bureau Alexander Gnezdilov from Moscow and Nikolay Rybakov from St. Petersburg participated. For Slabunova's victory there were no three voices then. Shlosberg collected 38 votes, Fishermen — 19, Gnezdilov — 12. Before the second round Slabunova's nomination supported Gnezdilov and Fishermen.
