China allowed import to Russia wheat which has been grown up in the territory of the Altai and Krasnoyarsk regions, and also in Novosibirsk and Omsk areas, the press secretary of Rosselkhoznadzor Yulia Melano reported.

"As for the protocol on wheat, there are restrictions on regions. Have opportunity to deliver wheat which is grown up in the territory of the Altai and Krasnoyarsk regions, and also Novosibirsk and Omsk areas", – transfers RIA Novosti news agency Melano's words.

It also noted that China exposed conditions on regions of cultivation and for other cultures intended for import in the country – corn, soy, rice and a colza. "They have to be grown up in the territory of the Khabarovsk, Seaside and Transbaikal regions, the Amur region and the Jewish autonomous region», – the representative of department specified.

Besides, in Rosselkhoznadzor reported that the protocol on deliveries of the Russian production to China comes into force on Thursday, he acts within two years.

"After two years the protocol in an automatic order lasts for two years if from any party there was no desire on contract cancellation", – Melano told.

Before on Thursday of the country signed protocols on phytosanitary requirements to wheat, corn, rice, soy and the colza, exported from Russia to China. Actually, it means opening of the Chinese market for deliveries of these types of cultures from Russia.

The day before the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachyov at a meeting in Beijing with the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China Han Changfu declared that is necessary to simplify agricultural products access from Russia on the market of China.

At a meeting questions of the Russian-Chinese cooperation in the agrarian and industrial complex sphere, in particular, development of bilateral trade by agricultural products between the countries were discussed.

In 11 months 2015 export of Russia to China increased in value terms by 24,2%, having made 1,2 billion dollars, in comparison with the similar period of last year. It occurred due to growth of physical volumes of deliveries of corn, a flour, nuts, fish frozen and Crustacea, soybeans, seeds of a colza, vegetable oils (soy, sunflower, rape) and other, notes the Ministry of Agriculture.

The ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Russia Li Huey in the run-up to the 20th regular meeting of heads of governments of two countries declared that the Chinese-Russian relations endure about all 66-year history the best period .
