of All in business by persons involved became 21 persons who were accused on seven episodes. As the press service of the Karaganda regional court reports, these are such episodes as improvement of the square of a memorial "Eternal flame", allocation of the land plots of DDKZGroup LLP and their transfer to affiliates, creation of Evrostandart LLP and hindrance of lawful business activity, participation in activity of TLK LLP and abuse of office powers at allocation of the land plots for construction of a transport and logistic complex.

Serik Akhmetov was taken under house arrest in November, 2014. Judicial proceedings on business began on August 10, 2015 and proceeded within four months. Criminal case consists of 338 volumes from which 9 volumes are an indictment. Judicial examination and judicial debate are ended on December 9, 2015. In total 82 court sessions are held. On business 260 witnesses were interrogated. 4 state accusers and 42 lawyer took part in process and the defender.
