At a ceremony which was opened welcome speech by the chairman of the Tatarstan regional office of association of lawyers of Russia Ilnar Girfanov , gathered more than 150 representatives of legal community of RT, among which representatives of public authorities, local governments, scientific and pedagogical community and representatives of business.
