After revolt of prisoners in the Smolensk region to a disciplinary responsibility were brought by 14 employees of UFSIN. The prosecutor of the Smolensk region Evgeny Polonsky told about it at a press conference. Let's remind that in a corrective colony No. 2 in Vadino's settlement of the Smolensk region it became known of disorders at the beginning of November.
Later the committee of inquiry brought criminal case concerning group of prisoners on article 321 of the criminal code of Russian Federation "disorganization of activity of the establishment providing isolation from society". On prosecutor's office representation which was considered and satisfied, 14 officials from bodies of UFSIN were brought to a disciplinary responsibility.
Evgeny Polonsky, the prosecutor of the Smolensk region, reported: "In Vadino the conflict of two groups of containing persons really took place. As a result some of them got injuries. Following the results of public prosecutor's check a number of criminal cases, including the beating connected with causing and extortion" was excited.
