Montenegro in a holder of NATO

Montenegro received the invitation to enter NATO. The decision was approved on Wednesday at a meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of member countries of alliance in Brussels. Procedure of the entry of this small Balkan republic in NATO will take one and a half years. The forthcoming event already caused split in the country: a half of citizens oppose this step. Of the Kremlin assured that "proceeding expansion of NATO" cannot but cause "reciprocal actions from the East".
