Today within the Union one electronic trading platform in Kazakhstan, two – in Belarus, five – in Russia works with . Suppliers of the countries of the Union got access to the markets of government procurements, including by means of cross-border use of a digital signature, cancellation of withdrawals from a national treatment or elimination of violations at establishment of such withdrawals.
Participants of meeting discussed creation of a portal of information on the government (municipal) procurements of member states of EAES. The portal becomes a uniform and open place of access to information on purchases, will allow to receive results of processes of purchases, quickly to react to actions (inaction) of the customer and reduction of terms of carrying out purchases. Its creation will promote growth of economy of means, decrease in corruption risks, possibility of formation of various databases (potential suppliers, the prices).
According to the Agreement on the government (municipal) procurements work on harmonization of legislations in Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia is complete. Work on this direction in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan is continued.
the Prospect of development of the sphere of government procurements is widest use of IT technologies, expansion of the competitive market of government procurements, continuation of elimination of possible barriers and other restrictions of mutual access on the markets of government procurements.
