Apparently, replaced heads only in Sargatsky, Moskalensky, Sedelnikovsky and Pavlograd areas. In Pavlograd and Sargatsky regions of chances to be re-elected at now former heads was not. In a half of 10 areas where still have to pass elections, there are no officially registered candidates and still meetings of contest committees on their selection did not take place at all.

Though there are favourites – heads of local departments of police. Generally acting heads and their deputies or representatives of the budgetary sphere participate in elections.
