Gorovenko Anatoly from Tambov appealed to the Constitutional court with the requirement to recognize anticonstitutional 56th article of the federal law "About bases of health protection of citizens": in it it is said that the woman independently resolves an issue of motherhood and can interrupt pregnancy. As found out information portal "Gazeta.Ru", deputies from ER - opponents of abortions too did not do nothing and prepared the block of bills which soon will submit for consideration.
