In August, 2014, between Government of Samara region, Administration of the city district Chapayevsk and the KNAUF company signed the memorandum about implementation of the investment project on construction of plant plaster knitting and dry construction mixes. The signatures under the document put the governor Samara region Nikolay Merkushkin, the mayor Blynsky Dimitri and the director general LLC "KNAUF GIPS CHELYABINSK" Ivanov Anatoly. Solemn start of construction of future enterprise was given to br by pressing of the symbolical button. After this installation of the capital production equipment of new plant - installation of components of the furnace for roasting of a plaster stone began. Process of production of the plaster knitting includes the long list of the equipment of the Russian and foreign production, but "heart" of the enterprise is the sixty-ton furnace – the most important element of a production cycle.
At plant in Chapayevsk will arrange production of dry plaster construction mixes KNAUF. The total amount of investments into the project is estimated at 1,225 billion rubles. It is planned to finish enterprise construction by the end of the next year, and at the beginning of 2017 production of the new enterprise will enter the market. The plant will make the mixes "Rotband", "Goldband", "MT 75", "MN Start", "HP Start", "HP Finish", "Fugen", "Perlfiks", "Tribon".
As the managing director of KNAUF group noted Commonwealth of Independent States Kraulis Yanis, annually here is planned to make about 120 thousand tons of dry plaster mixes and 20 thousand tons of hard putties.
"Production of dry construction mixes is an important part of business of the company, - Kraulis Yanis noted. - KNAUF works to Russian Federation more than 20 years, but in this region we build the first plant. We very much appreciate support of Government of Samara region and City administration Chapayevsk. In recent years significantly more attention began to be paid to investors who are ready to make investments in production development. They can count on tax privileges and support of the state in infrastructure construction. Samara region – a fine example of constructive mutually beneficial cooperation".
the Vice governor – the Minister of Economic Development, investments and trade Samara region Kobenko Alexander told that a year ago when the memorandum was signed, there was an open country.
"Now on a platform of the city Chapayevsk develops the industrial park which anchor resident is the KNAUF company, - told Kobenko Alexander. - For us work with the international companies is extremely important, the governor pays to interaction with investors special attention. For the last years at us in a format Greenfield a large number of plants opened - some platforms of industrial parks develop, there began work the Special economic zone. For us appearance of qualitative producers of construction materials is extremely important. Today the region is at an important stage of development, we actively develop infrastructure, we prepare for carrying out 2018 FIFA World Cup, we increase volumes of construction of housing, we have large infrastructure projects in the field of road construction and development of transport infrastructure. We will be glad to see on a platform in Chapayevsk and other companies which conduct work in this sector".
He added that obligations Government of Samara region which are recorded in the memorandum, will be executed in time and in full. And first of all, it concerns leading of engineering networks.
Infrastructure of industrial park "Tchapaevsk" are created by Company "Tekhnopark" which already constructed engineering networks in "Preobrazhenke". The general director of the company Popov Sergei noted that all networks necessary for functioning of the enterprise - gas, electricity, communication, water and the sewerage - will be ready in the spring of 2016.
