The Russian Foreign Ministry Commissioner for Human Rights Konstantin Dolgov reported that Washington while did not react to request of Moscow for living conditions of 3,5 thousand Russian children adopted by Americans.
"We note p that the problem of ensuring the rights and the legitimate interests of citizens of Russia adopted by foreign citizens currently is particularly acute. Most difficult in this area of business are with Americans. Problems here, unfortunately, do not become less. The USA remain leaders by quantity of crimes against juvenile Russians", - quotes RIA Novosti news agency of Dolgov.
