An international photographic contest Wiki Loves Folklore is looking for images of folk culture of different regions on categories, such as, but not limited to, folk dances, folk music, folk activities, folk games, folk cuisine, folk wear, folklore and tradition, including: ballads, folktales, fairy tales, legends, traditional song and dance, folk plays, games, seasonal events, calendar customs, folk arts, folk religion, mythology etc.
You can also enter audio and video (for instance of folk music or dance).
The deadline is February 29th 2020 and the first prize is a $400 gift card – there are other prizes on a sliding scale too.
