The inhabitant of Omsk Region found the thrown newborn boy in the wood near the village Odessa. About it told REN TV the source familiar with a situation. The interlocutor noted that the Russian, passing down the street, heard children's crying. It went to a sound and noticed in thickets of trees of the newborn. "On a stomach of the child traces of the torn-off, not tied umbilical cord were visible" — explained a source. The inhabitant of Omsk Region called on help the passerby the man.
