President of the Republic Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held the day before telephone negotiations with the Russian colleague Vladimir Putin. It was a question of two projects one of which concerns Saint Petersburg. On September 26 Alexander Lukashenko told about it at a meeting with the governor of Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko in Minsk.
