The parliament of Luhansk People's Republic unanimously elected Leonid Ivanovich Pasechnik the head of the republic

Deputies of National council of the Lugansk National Republic at the plenary session unanimously elected Leonid Ivanovich Pasechnik Head of Luhansk People's Republic. For it voted all 49 deputies who were present at meeting. The resolution comes into force from the date of its acceptance; the document will send to President of the Russian Federation to Vladimir Putin. At a ceremony of inauguration were present the first deputy head of Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko, authorities, electoral commission of Luhansk People's Republic and other guests of honor.
