Central African Republic is interested in the Russian highest education

On September 22 the head Federal agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots living abroad and on International humanitarian cooperation Eugenie Aleksandrovich Primakov and the ambassador Central African Republic (CAR) to Russian Federation Leon Dodonu-Punagaza discussed interaction of two countries in education area . It was a question of opportunity to increase quantity of places by free training of the South African students in the Russian higher education institutions.
