In Saint Petersburg the XV Congress of "MAPRYAL" "Russian and literature in the changing world" took place. Action took place with support of MINPROSVESHCHENIYA RUSSIA. The head of MAPRYaL, the adviser President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Ilyich Tolstoy on press conferences in information agency "ITAR-TASS" in anticipation of action reported that this year the congress united nearly 600 delegates from 63 countries of the world.
