Every fifth Russian is occupied in shadow sector of economy. To change such situation, it is necessary to create optimum conditions under which official registration would be favorable both to the employee, and the employer. It was declared by senator Olga Kovitidi on "a round table" in Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation which devoted to a subject of the labor relations.
