Sierra Leone conducts negotiations with Russian Federation on import of fertilizers. The Foreign Minister of the republic Timothy Kabba reported on September 20 about it. "We began discussions with our Russian counterpartners and intend to deepen these relations" — he told Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" during UNGA .
