In Zlynka Bryansk Region inspectors of traffic police stopped a moped "Honda a step". At a wheel of the two-wheeled vehicle there was a 43-year-old man. During check it became clear that before the resident of Bryansk deprived of the rights. Physical examination showed 0.807 mg/l in blood of the driver. Car placed on specialized penal parking.
