Moscow called Riga to stop war with the lost Red Army men

Riga has to stop blasphemous war with dead, the deputy of chapter of Permanent mission of the Russian Federation at Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Volgarev Alexander considers. According to him, the Latvian authorities do not observe the assumed obligations in the historical and memorial sphere, reports information agency "RIA Novosti". He called war with the fallen heroes immoral and disgraceful. He told about it during performance at meeting of Constant council of OSCE which took place the day before, on June 7.
