Young artists from Novozybkov won at the international competition Belarus

Young artists from Novozybkov Bryansk Region participated in the international competition "the Palette of Pridvinya". It was carried out in Belarus. Bryansk children came back home with a victory. Bryansk Region represented Shklyarov Ilya (the first age category of 10-13 years) and Gomenok Margaret (the second age category of 14-17 years) from novozybkovsky CHILDREN'S ART SCHOOL.
