At the International forum of ministers of educations "Forming the future" to Kazan the deputy minister of education Denise Gribov told daily business newspaper "Vedomosti" about plans to assign the Russian pedagogical higher education institutions to the countries of Africa. "At one higher education institution can be one country, two or three, everything depends on a profile, historical experience. We distributed them consciously", – the official explained.
