Before start of the cultural and educational project "Memory Train" which will take place in 12 days, all necessary issues are resolved. It during organizing committee meeting on preparation of the relevant activities was declared by the vice-chairman of Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Konstantin Kosachev.
