The ombudsman from Yekaterinburg asked Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation to translate conscripts from Belgorod Region

The member of council on human rights (SPCh), the ombudsman from Yekaterinburg Tatyana Merzlyakova addressed to Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation with a request to translate regular soldiers from Belgorod Region. It came after death of three conscripts from the region at attack. About it it is spoken in the SPCh telegram-channel.
