The Russian group Little Big lost the case forbidding PepsiCo, Incorpotated to call chips of it by a name
Musicians of the Russian group Little Big suffered defeat in attempt to forbid companies PepsiCo, Incorpotated to use the Little Big Acts trademark in Europe. Agency by the intellectual rights of EU rejected a request of musicians, having pointed to insufficient popularity of group to France and Poland that the association with chips was created. On materials put, the statement for cancellation of the trademark of PepsiCo, Incorpotated was submitted by participants of Little Big group, namely Sofya Tayurskaya, Ilya Prusikin, Anton Lissov and Makarov Sergei.
