In the State Council introduced the bill of the Constitutional council instead of the liquidated Constitutional vessels RT

The bill "About the Constitutional Council of RT" is introduced in State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as predicted business e-newspaper "Business Online". The constitutional council has to become new constantly operating state agency of RT which will replace the Constitutional court abolished since December 31, 2022 with RT. By the changed Constitution of RT it is provided that "for strengthening of the constitutional legality according to the law RT the Constitutional council of Republic of Tatarstan" can be educated, is spoken in the document which is published on the State Council site.
