The rise in prices for materials which were delivered from the countries Europe earlier became the reason. Interest of inhabitants of Gubkinsky to literature was not prevented even by the high prices: in time of "An honest route" northerners asked the governor Dimitri Artyukhov to open in gorodeknizhny shop, and at the end of May their desire was granted.
