Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation took out the resolution on the case of check of constitutionality of articles 248 and 249, point 1 of article 251 and article 271 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 31 July 1998 No. 146-FZ "On the Tax Code of the Russian Federation", and also points 1 and 3 of article 5 and point 2 of article 134 of the Federal law "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" which is considered in connection with inquiry Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and complaint LLC "PSRE".
