The air-raid warning the second time during the morning was distributed in Kiev and Kiev Oblast, according to information of an online map Ministry of economy of Ukraine. The day before on Thursday the alarm was declared in the Kiev, Sumy, Kharkov, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk areas and being under control by Kiev parts Zaporozhye. Then it was cancelled. As it is specified, repeatedly the alarm signal was distributed in the capital Ukraine at 10:15, having captured afterwards Chernihiv Region.
