Experts of Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" conducted research of welfare of families of the region and made a rating. They analysed the sums which Russian Federation after obligatory expenditure remain with society cells from different subjects. Families were taken as a basis with one child or two children. Kursk Region occupied 36 of 85 lines. Among leaders there were the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area (118 thousand 300 rubles), the capital (89 600) and Sakhalin Region (78 600).
