"For defense improvement": Moscow ratified the agreement on the joint system of air defense Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan

Vladimir Putin signed the law on ratification of the agreement on the joint system of air defense with Kyrgyzstan which becomes part of antiaircraft defense of the countries Commonwealth of Independent States. As they say in this document, for placement of armies of the Russian side the republic provides Russian Federation in temporary use of 5 hectares of the earth around collective security on a gratuitous basis.
