As newspaper "Kommersant", the new bill of use to Russian Federation movies and music without the permission "unfriendly" owners provides the moratorium on claims and transfer of unclaimed license assignments to treasury. In the document it is written down that the content can be imported into Russian Federation including under contracts with the foreign companies. In particular, the option of formal import of movies and music from Belarus where it is already authorized to use works, including the software, without consent of owners was already discussed.
