Company Ask Wire published a value index of sales and rents real estates in 1 quarter 2023. On the majority of categories real estates annual and quarter growth is recorded. However, analysts note that delay of this process is observed, and in some directions already there is also a depreciation. In comparison with 1 quarter 2022 of price for apartments grew by 12,3%, apartments for rest rose in price for 8%. On houses and for rest the increase at 3,1% is recorded. The cost of offices increased by 2,4%, and for trade rooms and warehouses fell to 0,1% and 1,8% respectively...
