The tragedy occurred on May 24 in Kovrov. Some time ago in Kovrov search and rescue group told that rescuers left on state of emergency in one of SNT: removed from a column of the high voltage line of the young guy. And though at this moment the 23-year-old resident of Kovrov was unconscious, doctors did not manage to rescue it. The consequence began check on this fact. It became clear that the father and the son that day changed wires for SNT territories. At both was not neither admissions, nor corresponding educations.
