It on Thursday declared during conference the chairman Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Federal structure and questions of local government Aleksey Didenko. In response to specifying question of what services can use, the parliamentarian called Telegram Messenger (resurs narushaet zakon RF) and Wechat.
