Repsol will sell nearly a half of actions in projects on VIE to Spain

Repsol S.A. is going to sell 49% of actions in a portfolio of wind and photo-electric projects to Spain, being in operation or preparing for start, the El Confidencial newspaper with the reference to sources reported. The transaction is at very early stage and, as expected, will be complete by the end of this year. It is noted that this initiative of search of the minority partner for "green" projects will be estimated in 700-800 million euros.
