With support of Agencies developments businesses Ryazan Region the known stylist Volodin Oleg carried out for hairdressers from Pronsk district and Miloslavskoe district a master class. It became the fifth during implementation of the KultProTsvet 2023 project. Under the leadership of the skilled mentor participants checked the forces and increased skills before the regional hairdresser's art championship which will take place to Ryazan at the end of August.
