The man declared that illegal freight found on a roadside of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Smolensk region reported that on the route "M-1 Belarus" in Yartsevo district police officers, at survey of a luggage carrier the stopped cars, found black packages with the cut carcass of an elk.
