The resolution of Government of the Saratov region No. 83-P approved of 13.02.2020 the Provision on a procedure of activity according to the treatment of animals without owners. For the purpose of increase of efficiency of the actions provided by Situation and strengthening controls since March 22, 2023 in Situation are made the additions assuming need of presence of authorized representatives of local governments at implementation of catching, transfer of animals without owners to a shelter, return to places of former dwelling.
