The Cabinet of Ministers suggested to specify rules of gas export from Arctic

An exclusive right to export of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) want to provide to users of sites of the subsoil located to the north of the 67th degree of a northern latitude. Such bill State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted in the first reading at plenary session on May 16. The bill is developed in pursuance of instructions of the president on creation of conditions for such export. It is a question of the sites in whole or in part located further the 67th degree of a northern latitude.
