VERKHOVNY COURT RK upheld a sentence concerning the inhabitant of Chernomorskoye district, found guilty in commission of crimes concerning minors

VERKHOVNY COURT RK considered criminal case concerning the 37-year-old inhabitant of Chernomorskoye district. In November of last year he is found guilty according to the item of h. 4 Art. 132 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (other actions of sexual character with use of a helpless condition of the victim, made concerning the person which has not reached fourteen-year age). In court it is established that the man from October, 2021 to April, 2022 entered into a correspondence with juvenile in one of social networks and carried out collecting pornographic materials.
