Winners of Kosovan elections remained without victory

The Kosovan Central Election Commission declared adjusted totals of Sunday elections in local authorities in the north Kosovo, occupied mainly Serbians. As expected, at record-breaking low appearance because of the Serbian boycott by mayors of all four northern cities Albanians are elected. Fears come true that elections can blow up started EU and United States of America process of normalization of the relations between Belgrade and Pristina.
