The administrative court the city of Koblenz in Germany did not allow a married couple to change a surname which "sounds in Russian". About it writes newspaper "Bild". The spouses which surname is not disclosed, complained that after the beginning of military operation in Ukraine are exposed to attacks because of the "Russian" sounding of the surname.
