Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation wants to know where go and as passengers of a taxi pay off. The intelligence service expects to get extrajudicially access to such data and for this purpose prepared the draft of the governmental decree which obliges participants of the market to provide information on a geolocation and payments users, and in the round-the-clock mode.
