A portal "The world of apartments" investigated the market real estates in 70 largest cities Russian Federation to define dynamics of the prices rents housing in January, 2023. Rent rooms in the cities captured by research, in March, 2023 will cost on the average 8285 rubles a month it is 8,1% more, than in March of last year. Most strongly rental rooms rose in price in a year in Vladivostok (%2B33,2%), Magnitogorsk (%2B30,4%), Volzhsk (%2B29,2%) and Ivanovo (%2B24,5%).
