Deputies of City thought Irkutsk voted for carrying out poll of the population concerning the treatment of homeless animals. This initiative was taken by the deputy of Municipal duma Aleksey Kolmakov, having noted that human life has to be in a priority, before life of an aggressive dog. The deputy Korenev Youri noted that in the most reliable and less expensive way of carrying out this poll would be to date it for the future elections in Legislative assembly of Irkutsk region.
