The authorities Finland detained the Russian vessel onboard which there are 20 thousand tons of fertilizers. About it on Wednesday, the Finnish broadcasting company YLE reports March 22. "In cooperation with the authorities we found out that there is a fertilizer which probably belongs to the person who is in the sanctions list of EU.
